SM Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is an Indian deep-tech start-up designing RFIC and MMIC building blocks for the next generation of wireless, radar, SATCOM, and defence systems. We operate as a sister concern of Millimeterchips Pvt. Ltd., and together we cover the full design-to-production pipeline for GaAs 100 nm RF integrated circuits from DC to 50 GHz.

Our portfolio addresses the engineering blocks every RF front-end needs — low-noise amplifiers, power amplifiers, driver amplifiers, mixers, switches, and digital attenuators — backed by in-house high-frequency PCB and evaluation-board design for system-level validation.
